Founded by Alejandro Saucedo. With a family history in cleaning services in northern Indiana, IES is dedicated to providing pristine environments in the communities we serve. Our People
Meet Our Executive Team
Alejandro Saucedo, CEO
Alejandro is a third-generation professional cleaner who has built a successful path rooted in integrity, communication and professionalism. Witnessing how cleaning careers improved his family's life from the harsh conditions of migrant field labor, Alejandro decided to start a cleaning company. He is a student at International Christian College and Seminary, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and he also founded the Plainfield, Indiana, enrollment program, where he serves as the financial tuition advisor and course curriculum coordinator. Alejandro developed IES’s method of operation by leveraging his education and manufacturing leadership experience. His approach combines SOPs, Quality Control Inspections, 5S structures, employee engagement measures and team development practices.
Juanita Saucedo, COO
Juanita is a former migrant laborer turned minority business advocate, embodying resilience and determination. Starting work in the fields at a young age, she learned the values of family commitment, cultural contribution, and a strong work ethic. Juanita was the first of seven siblings to attend college, studying accounting at Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, where she also held her first cleaning and administrative positions. Throughout her career, Juanita has advocated for migrant families in Northwest Indiana, leaving a lasting legacy. Even during her 12-year tenure as the Mayor’s Administrative Secretary for the City of Rensselaer, she remained connected to the cleaning industry. Inspired by her son’s dedication, she moved to South Bend to join IES. Together, Alejandro and Juanita form a dynamic duo, driving their customers, employees and each other to new heights and elevating minority business enterprises as a whole.
