More recently, Indiana’s Elite Services has been pursuing a new mission beyond the broom.
We’re evolving from a cleaning-heavy operation to a true general contractor partner, writing bids, answering RFPs and organizing high-performing trade teams across northern Indiana. The goal is to grow a durable pipeline of local, skilled small businesses who can perform safely, on time and at spec.
Why We’re Pivoting Now
In our experience, janitorial and low-bid cleaning markets tend to reward bottom-dollar pricing over long-term value.
Contracting is different.
Public and private owners are asking for quality, documentation, safety, scheduling and professional project management; this is exactly where our team excels. We’re building momentum through 2025 with a focus on contract services that create opportunities for local trades and deliver better outcomes for owners.
Contract Services with Real Project Support

Indiana’s Elite Services leads projects the way owners expect. We handle the essentials such as coverage, safety, schedules and documentation, so work can start cleanly. Our team helps structure strong, complete bids that meet requirements.
In the field, we coordinate subs and quality checks to keep the job moving. And throughout the project, owners have one point of contact with a team that shows up prepared.
How We Help Small Contractors Scale
Many talented crews know how to deliver great work—but haven’t been shown how to win, finance, and document bigger jobs. We close that gap:
- Bid packaging & paperwork
- We guide subs through 20–30 page bid packets, scope sheets, forms, addenda, and certifications, so your pricing lands clean and complete.
Bonding, Insurance & Compliance
We carry or coordinate the coverages and endorsements projects require, along with safety plans, site logs, and incident reporting.
Cash-flow Structure
We set expectations on pay apps, lien waivers, retainage and change orders so small firms can plan and perform without cash crunches.
Project management & mentorship
We provide scheduling, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and punch-list discipline—while coaching sub-partners on what “good” looks like.
Apprenticeship & training pathways
We support workforce pipeline efforts and can align scopes with apprenticeship participation where owners require it.
