Indiana’s Elite Services Invests in Faster, Safer Exterior Cleaning With Two Major System Upgrades

INDOT Pressure Washing

When our crews are cleaning a jobsite, commercial facade or multi-story exterior, output, control and repeatability are what keep them safer and projects moving along.

That’s a large reason why Indiana’s Elite Services has made a major investment in an upgraded hot water pressure washer system with automatic hose reels, plus a new soft wash rig featuring automatic reels and advanced chemical controls.

What This Upgrade Means for Customers

We’ve already seen these upgrades deliver on-site benefits for our crews, including faster setup and teardown, greater output per minute for quicker cleaning, more consistent chemical application across different materials, a reduction in our crews’ ladder and lift use and more flexibility on construction sites, even when water access isn’t available yet.

Upgrade #1: A Hot Water Pressure Washing System Built for Speed

We upgraded an existing truck with brand-new machines and automatic hose reels, a change that addresses one of the biggest labor headaches we encounter in pressure washing.

Dragging and rewinding 200-foot hoses is one of the most time-consuming parts of pressure washing, especially when you’re wrapping up a long day on a jobsite. With automatic reels, retrieval for our crews becomes push-button simple.

‘Megazord’ Rig Holds 500 Gallons of Water On Board

Many construction sites don’t have water access available early in the project timeline. Our upgraded rig includes a 500-gallon tank capability, giving our crews the ability to work independently when the job demands it.

Upgrade #2: A New Soft Wash Rig With Advanced Chemical Control & Serious Output

Soft Wash System

In addition to the upgraded pressure washing truck, Indiana’s Elite Services purchased a new soft washfocused rig designed for modern exterior cleaning at scale.

Traditional methods often mean hauling heavy chemical buckets and relying on siphon-based spraying (we call this “X-jetting”). The new soft wash system changes the workflow entirely.

With the new rig, we store chemicals in the truck bed system, while an IES operator can focus on controlled spraying without hauling buckets. The system supports cleaner application and movement at our client properties.

Push-Button Chemical Mixing

Different materials we encounter call for different chemical strengths. Our new system includes push-button chemical mix control, allowing operators to choose the right blend for your job.

Why Indiana’s Elite Services Prioritizes GPM Over PSI

If you’ve ever compared pressure washing specs, you’ve likely seen PSI used as the headline number. But for productivity and the type of large-scale cleaning we typically perform, GPM (gallons per minute) is often the bigger driver.

With this upgrade, our capabilities are moving from roughly 5 GPM to 20 GPM.

Reaching Up to Five Stories Without Leaving the Ground

Our new soft wash rig can reach up to five stories from the ground, which is a major shift in safety and logistics for us. Our crews no longer have to rely ladders, scissor lifts or repeated repositioning at heights to complete their work.

Where These Upgrades Make the Biggest Difference

This equipment investment strengthens Indiana’s Elite Services’ ability to handle demanding exterior cleaning needs for our clients, including:

  • Commercial building washing
  • Multi-story facade cleaning (brick, siding, mixed materials)
  • Post-construction exterior cleanup
  • Concrete and masonry rinse-downs
  • Jobsite pressure washing when water access is limited
